The copper foil soft connection products after hot melt welding are passivated, and the burrs, stains, corrosion, bumps, scratches, water washing, drying, molding, packaging, and other surface and surrounding areas are treated. The overlapping surface of the product can be drilled according to customer requirements. The soft connection part can be covered with insulation sleeve as a whole or partially. Copper foil flexible connections can be plated with tin, silver, or nickel as a whole or partially, meeting different customer needs.
